Job description
Responsibilities:
1.Front Office Management:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Manage the reception area ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
2.Administrative Duties:
Oversee general administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
Coordinate office supplies and equipment maintenance.
Assist in scheduling meetings and managing office calendars.
3.Visitor Coordination:
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings.
Monitor and manage visitor access and security protocols.
4.Facility Management:
Liaise with vendors for office maintenance and repairs.
Ensure a clean and wellorganized office environment.
5.Team Support:
Assist other departments with administrative tasks as needed.
Collaborate with colleagues to maintain a positive work atmosphere.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience.
2.Proven experience in office administration and front office management.
3.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
