Job Title : Assistant Manager-Asst. Manager/Deputy Manager Department:
Business Process Excellence/QA Education qualification and experience : A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in industrial engineering, quality management, applied statistics or relevant course/PG In Operations management. Having 5-10 years of experience in documenting SoP’s, Processes, auditing, and testing processes. Experience in implementing corrective/preventive measures, SoP’s. Knowledge of quality assurance tools and methodologies Certification programs in Six Sigma, TQM, quality auditor, etc. Knowledge of SAP and BI tools Expertise in Visio, Minitab, excel, etc. Excellent communication skills Experience: 3-4 Yrs. Microsoft power platform office architecture / MS 365 tools certified Skills: At least 3 digitization & automation Projects handled KEY COMPETENCIES: 1: Microsoft Power Platform : should be proficient with making flows in power automate, making low code usable apps with power app & data management in SharePoint Should be well versed with getting data from SAP (MM, PP,FICO) and doing subsequent data analysis with advanced excel 2: Should have experience in manufacturing industry (BPR experience Preferred ) Self-motivated and willing to self identify, initiate and formulate implementation plans 3: Should have good documentation skills (Experience with SOP writing is preferred) Project management experience/UAT/Digitization/process automation experience is preferred 4: Should be experienced with making dashboards (Power BI/Advance Excel) 5: Should be willing to travel very frequently Responsibilities Able to write and document processes, policies and to ensure tracking of all amendments made in the said documents. Able to formulate required templates, formats, reports in line with SoP’s. Able to analyse data to find out variances along with areas of improvements. Able to communicate effectively with relevant stakeholders like SAP consultants, HoD’s. Able to validate/ review departmental processes in a timely manner like production, EHS processes, etc. and can align the processes with the current policies. Able to focus on the objectives/factors that are important to maximize the profitability of the organization. Able to impart training /handholding to individuals Ensures that processes are ready for auditing and testing. Able to track progress and submit timely reports and documentation.
