JOB DESCRIPTION
Turno (Brand of Blubble pvt ltd) is a fintech company for EVs, that helps operators of commercial vehicles on delivery platforms such as Amazon, Big Basket, etc easily adopt EVs. Turno does this by facilitating low-cost financing and battery value guarantees to ensure that a vehicle purchaserʼs investment in the vehicle is protected and any barriers for them to switch to EVs are eliminated.
Turnoʼs mission is to help transition all commercial vehicle owners to electric vehicles.
Responsibilities:
- Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
- Forecast sales, develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
- Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
- Meet personal and team sales targets
- Research and generate or follow through sales leads
- Attend meetings, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
- Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
- Maintain and expand customer database within your assigned territory
Requirements:
- Proven field sales experience of 3-5 Years in the Automobile Industry
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Should be willing to work individually
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
- Bachelor's degree Electronic Engineering.
