Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role of a Human Resources Intern located in Bengaluru. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR operations, including HR management, HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and other related tasks.
HR Operations
- Assist in maintaining employee records and databases, ensuring data confidentiality and accuracy.
- Support HR-related administrative tasks, including preparing HR documents, letters, and reports.
Employee Engagement
- Collaborate with the HR team to organize employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, recognition programs, and cultural events.
- Gather feedback from employees and contribute ideas for enhancing the employee experience.
Internship Program Coordination
- Facilitate the internship program by liaising with educational institutions and coordinating internship opportunities within the company.
- Mentor and provide guidance to interns during their tenure.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
- Experience with HR policies and employee benefits
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Knowledge of applicable employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the gaming industry or with creative companies is a plus.
