Job Summary/Responsibilities We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The candidate selected will be responsible for providing technical support (Level 2) to NinjaCat products and tools. · Act as an interface between L1 support team and Engineering teams. Troubleshoot and resolve issues escalated by L1 support team. Escalate bugs and complex issues to Engineering teams. · Create & maintain knowledge base articles for smooth and continued technical operations. · Setup & manage performance alerts from monitoring and performance management tools. · Manage AWS environment by generating reports for cost management and resource optimization, AWS access management through IAM, troubleshoot AWS resource configuration issues, work on alerts generated by cloud security posture management tools, · Work with DevOps engineers and software development teams to perform deployments, optimize AWS cloud, network performance, and troubleshoot issues. · Work with SecOps team in system patching, vulnerability management, audits, and compliance. · Understand security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards (such as PCI, HIPAA, and GDPR) · Create and maintain documentation, including knowledge base articles, standard operating procedures, and runbooks. · Monitor application/network performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure high availability and reliability. · Troubleshoot and resolve issues/requests related to virtual private networks (VPNs), firewalls, load balancers, and other network infrastructure components in the cloud environment. · Work in shifts, participate in on-call rotation for all operations related incidents & support.

Qualification/Education Requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. (Graduated)

Requirements Must Have: · Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. · Go-getter attitude. · Knowledge with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) and related network services. · Knowledge of monitoring tools and dashboards (ex: Sumo Logic, Prometheus, Grafana) · Work in 24X7 shifts.

Good to Have: · Professional Cloud certifications, such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Azure Fundamentals AZ-900 · Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network security (firewalls, VPNs, etc.) · Understanding of DevOps methodologies and experience working in an agile development environment. · Knowledge of automation tools (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, CloudFormation)

Nice to Have: · ITIL process knowledge/ITIL Foundation certification · Professional certifications, such as CCNA, CCNP, AWS Certified Network Specialty, or Azure Network Engineer Associate is a plus.

IT Experience: · 2-5 years
