About Us :

The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have 21 offline stores with plans for expansion pan India.

Position Overview:

As an Associate Graphic Designer for our Kidswear category, you will collaborate closely with the design team to create engaging and on-brand graphics for various apparel and accessories. You will assist in the development of graphic elements, artwork, and prints, contributing to the overall visual identity of our Kidswear products.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the conceptualization and execution of graphic designs for Kidswear products, including apparel, accessories, and packaging, while adhering to brand guidelines and design standards. Support the design team in researching trends, gathering inspiration, and generating creative concepts for seasonal collections and product lines. Create digital mock-ups, sketches, and illustrations to visualize design ideas and communicate concepts effectively. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Development, Marketing, and Production, to ensure the timely and accurate execution of design projects. Prepare and organize design files, assets, and documentation for production and development processes, maintaining accuracy and version control. Contribute to design presentations and meetings, providing input, feedback, and solutions to design challenges as needed. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor analysis, and market insights to inform design decisions and maintain relevance in the Kidswear market.

Experience & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field. 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the fashion industry and/or Kidswear category. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and other relevant design software. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and present concepts to cross-functional teams. Passion for children's fashion and a keen eye for trends in kidswear design. Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design work, with a focus on Kidswear or related projects
