Key Responsibilities:
- Store Launch Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive plan for the successful launch of the new store.
- Coordinate with crossfunctional teams including marketing merchandising and logistics to ensure a seamless opening.
- Operational Excellence:
- Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to ensure efficient and effective store operations.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit train and lead a highperforming team of store staff.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and individual development.
- Customer Experience:
- Ensure that the new store delivers an exceptional customer experience.
- Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Inventory Management:
- Oversee inventory control processes including stock replenishment merchandise displays and cycle counts.
- Minimize stockouts and overstocks through effective inventory planning.
- Financial Management:
- Work closely with the finance department to manage the store budget effectively.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet or exceed financial targets.
- Compliance and Safety:
- Ensure that the store complies with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Implement safety protocols to create a secure environment for both customers and employees.
- Vendor Relations:
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions to optimize costs and enhance product availability.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Retail Management or a related field.
- Proven experience in retail operations management with a focus on opening and managing new stores.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory management merchandising and customer service best practices.
- Familiarity with retail technology and pointofsale systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
