Job Description: -
- Work with the client from the start of the project to ensure that you understand the project scope and vision
- Oversee the beginning of the project, including details like studying, drawing, surveying and design evaluations
- Close monitoring on work of Deputy engineer, site engineers, and site supervisors
- Daily assessment of work done by Deputy engineer, site engineers, site supervisors and preparing a daily progress report
- Delegate the key responsibilities to Deputy engineer
- Create the schedule for the project and match talent to the job
- Process change orders
- Collaborate with the architect and construction crew to ensure the feasibility of the project
- Conduct meetings on-site with architect, client, petty contractors
- Negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors
- Prepare and submit project bills to the client
- Site supervision
- Reporting to Director of a project
Required Key Skills: -
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil engineering or related field of study
- 5 to 7 years of experience in building construction (Mall type of work)
- Ability to manage work independently
- Ability to read blueprints, structural drawings, and plan sets
- Advance understanding of risk management policies and procedures
- Extensive experiencing managing budgets for large construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, processed and equipment’s
