Role and Responsibilities:

As a TeleCaller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products or services. Your main goal will be to generate leads set up appointments and close sales deals. Other responsibilities include:

• Maintaining a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate the benefits of our offerings
• Building and managing relationships with potential customers
• Assisting customers with inquiries and providing accurate information
• Meeting or exceeding call quotas and sales targets
• Documenting customer feedback and reporting any issues or trends to the team lead

Candidate Qualifications:

To be considered for the TeleCaller position candidates should meet the following qualifications:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in telecalling
• Fluent in English (Musthave)
• Proven experience as a Telecaller (1 year)
