Job Family Definition:
Executes operational activities related to quote, price, configuration, deal registration, order management process, invoicing, and contract life-cycle management to ensure that sales orders are successfully completed from quote to delivery and credited appropriately assigned for sales compensation. Produces deal documentation and configures systems to reflect ordering processes. Generates invoices and client billing in accordance with service and product agreements. Records, updates and validates customer and deal information in systems produces reports and analyses of sales processing activities.
Management Level Definition:
Applies basic foundation of a function's principles, theories and concepts to assignments of limited scope. Uses professional concepts and theoretical knowledge acquired through specialized training, education or previous experience. Develops expertise and practical knowledge of applications within business environment. Acts as team member by providing information, analysis and recommendations in support of team efforts. Exercises independent judgment within defined parameters.

Key Responsibilities
o Reviews the OBR (Opportunity Business Review) approval and supporting documents to validate the Order booking requirements and highlight to Sales / Business as applicable.
o Responsible for business controls, approvals and deal compliance throughout the Engagement lifecycle, supports country Operational Excellence Reviews (OER)
o Maintains project files in accordance with the business control and record retention policies.
o Invoices customers based on contract terms and conditions and change requests.
o Manage projects where the contract is negotiated, the sales order and invoice are created, and the payment is received in a currency other than the Company Code currency (LC) or Global currency (USD).
o Effectively create & manage project and sales order structures with multiple business units, Partner with GPF as applicable etc.
o Managing invoices generated outside a systematic solution to accommodate customer billing or payment requirements, invoicing problems, time constraints etc.
o Partner with Supervisor or Production leads to assess the root cause of issues within the project and define improvement actions.
o Usage of VSM Methodology Monitors & improves data quality, including SFDC data quality, COMPASS Data Quality
Education and Experience
o Bachelor's in business management or equivalent
o Experience in presales, order acceptance checks, order booking, invoicing, procurement (Purchase Requisition) in simple words E2E knowledge. Add-ons, macro knowledge, ERP SAP (COMPASS).
o 4-6 years' experience in related areas
Knowledge and Skills
o Prior experience and understanding of order management process, programs, and policies.
o Ability to analyze contracts/formal agreements to understand and correct set up project financials
o Operations experience - Relevant Order Management experience. Managing Projects will be an added advantage.
o Requires good organizational and time management skills, Attention to detail, Willingness to work in a flexible and evolving environment.
o Fluent in English (verbal and written)
o Additional Skills - Self Motivated and Self Starter
o Systems and tools knowledge: Working Knowledge of SAP / other relevant ERP tools primarily Order management with good power point and MS Excel skills

o Collaborates with peers, technical and account leaders, and external and internal sales partners.
o Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors and Managers.
o Supports global projects requiring sales operations systems design, implementation, and communication
