About Creya Creya Learning & Research (Est. 2011) is the pioneering leader for STEM learning and Design Thinking programs in schools across India and the UAE has delivered 5 Million+ Sessions to 250,000+ Students to date inspiring them become innovators by getting them to work hands-on projects in Robotics, Engineering Design, Coding, 3D Printing to Drones and IoT. It is a movement to help children connect classroom theory to real-world problem solving and, in the process, making them creative problem solvers, collaborators and communicators. About the Role As a Program Manager for the Creya MeerKat offerings, you will be responsible for managing the delivery of Creya’s Direct to Consumer Maker Programs for K12 students at India’s largest design & Prototyping center. This one-of-a-kind opportunity gives you the chance to hire, mentor and manage coaches who will help students experience hands-on projects in latest technologies building on the legacy of Creya’s Meerkat and Summer of Discovery programs . This role will work with the leadership team of Creya in co-creating the experience before rolling out this nationally. This is not an edu tech, online offering Responsibilities Ownership for success of learning outcomes and an engaging experience to students for one of India's largest direct to customer (parents, students, and corporates) student enrichment programs that include summer camps and workshops beyond the school boundary. This role requires leadership and team building capabilities as well as a passion for working with students of ages 6 – 16 and also being comfortable and curious about technologies like robotics and coding and most importantly self-driven. Key attributes to apply include · A strong analytical and more importantly problem-solving mindset · Experience of working with technologies like Robotics, Mechatronics, Coding, 3D Design etc, Programming · Adaptable personality with extreme comfort of managing chaos and confusion · Very good communication and coordination skills · Passionate about building brands, goal oriented and self-driven Education: Degree / master’s in engineering (Comp, Electrical, ECE, Mech), Design Experience: 1-3 years of working in managing small teams in technology / education space CTC : INR 4.50,000 – INR 5,40,000 LPA No of positions open : 1Job tags
