Job description
Responsibilities:
Design and develop enclosures PCB card cages racks and structural frameworks for electronic boards.
Design robotic arm machines cabinet frames sheet metal and various test fixtures for PCB testing.
Prepare BOMs and select suitable components based on technical specifications.
Design prototypes according to customer requirements and coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams for timely completion.
Provide manufacturing integration and purchase process support.
Gather inputs from customers and internal teams during the early project phases and support the team during installation.
Manage resources assign tasks to the team and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
Qualifications:
Proven Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering (BE Mech) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Diploma Mech).
25 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in Mechanical CAD design tools.
Strong understanding of enclosures PCB card cages racks and structural frameworks.
Experience in designing robotic arm machines cabinet frames sheet metal and test fixtures for PCB testing.
Ability to prepare BOMs and select suitable components based on technical specifications.
Handson experience in prototyping as per customer requirements.
Familiarity with manufacturing integration and purchase process support.
Resource management and task assignment skills.
Strong communication and coordination skills with internal teams and customers.
