Job description

Role: Head of Sales – Institutional Products

Responsibilities : - Setting and driving sales targets across product lines, ensuring alignment with gross profit margins and profitability objectives - Developing and implementing strategies to penetrate new markets, establish new sales channels, expand customer base and market share within different regions - Working collaboratively with relevant departments on Product Development, Pricing strategy, Marketing and Branding and channel optimization - Recruiting, training and managing the Sales Team to cultivate a high-performance culture aligned with organization’s objective and growth plans, fostering continuous improvement and skill development - Serve as a thought leader to promote the ETS brand across various channels and mediums, positioning the company as a leader in the industry and driving brand recognition and loyalty
