We're scaling up our Member Experience team and looking for an experienced Quality Auditor who can coach our team through effective quality monitoring and help us improve consultant efficiency and reduce process gaps for cure.fit.
We looking for:
A talented and innovative individual to serve as the Badminton Format Lead for Cult. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing a comprehensive badminton program across multiple locations. They will also play a key role in creating processes for partner matching and providing guidance for adult players.
Job Location : Bangalore
Your responsibilities would be to:
- Develop and oversee a cohesive badminton academy program that caters to players of all ages and skill levels, ensuring consistency and quality across multiple centers.
- Design and implement training curricular, lesson plans, and coaching protocols that align with industry best practices and promote player development.
- Collaborate with center managers, coaches, and other staff members to ensure the effective delivery of the badminton program at each location.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor player progress and program effectiveness, making adjustments as needed to optimize performance outcomes.
- Establish processes and criteria for matching players with suitable training partners based on skill level, playing style, and personal goals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to adult players seeking to improve their badminton skills and achieve their objectives, including personalized training plans and performance feedback.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in badminton coaching and player development to continually enhance the program's offerings.
- Foster a positive and inclusive environment within the badminton community, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth.
This role will be an excellent fit for those who:
- Have a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management, Exercise Science, Physical Education, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in coaching and program development within the badminton industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of badminton technique, strategy, and training methodologies, as well as familiarity with the rules and regulations of the sport.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Passion for badminton and a dedication to promoting the sport's growth and accessibility to all individuals.
- Coaching certifications from recognized badminton associations or governing bodies.
- Experience working with multi-center sports organizations or managing decentralized program operations.
