What would you do here -
- Own the existing relationships within the assigned territory
- Expand into existing accounts (new teams, new locations, new use cases) to achieve expansion and revenue growth goals
- Maintain strong business relationships with clients
- Work with internal teams to develop effective marketing and nurturing plans
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop a thorough understanding of our products and service offerings to better serve the clients
- Accurately forecast monthly quarterly and annual opportunities and maintain CRM hygiene
- Build a highly motivated team. Prior experience in building teams will be an added advantage
- Leverage partners to meet assigned revenue goals.
What you bring to the table -
- 4+ years of demonstrated successful Software Sales Experience (SaaS / Cloud) and sold to IT services companies/Product companies/Mid-Enterprises/ high growth start-ups
- Computer Engineer with MBA
- HR Tech sales experience is a plus
- Solution or consultative sales experience
- Data management experience using HubSpot or similar CRM
- Proven ability to develop and maintain an effective network of contacts and build relationships at all levels of the customer/prospect organization.
