### 1. Medior/Senior Compensation Module Expert:
**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Module Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation and hands-on expertise in the Compensation module. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing compensation strategies within our organization.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand compensation requirements and design effective solutions within the SuccessFactors platform.
- Configure and customize the Compensation module to align with organizational policies and best practices.
- Lead implementation projects, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Provide guidance and support to HR teams in utilizing the Compensation module effectively.
- Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure proper utilization and understanding of the Compensation module.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in SuccessFactors and advise on leveraging new features to enhance compensation processes.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing the Compensation module.
- Strong understanding of compensation principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SuccessFactors certification in Compensation module is highly desirable.
### 2. Medior/Senior RCM Expert:
**Role Overview:**
We are looking for a talented RCM (Recruitment Management) Expert with a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment initiatives and optimizing the RCM module to streamline our hiring processes.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to understand hiring requirements and configure the RCM module accordingly.
- Lead end-to-end implementation of RCM projects, including configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Design and customize recruitment workflows, candidate pipelines, and job requisition templates within SuccessFactors.
- Provide guidance and training to HR and recruitment teams on utilizing the RCM module effectively.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to optimize hiring processes and improve candidate experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in recruitment technology and advise on incorporating them into the RCM module.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Expertise in configuring and customizing the RCM module.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.

### 3. Medior/Senior EC/Payroll Expert:
**Role Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced EC (Employee Central) and Payroll Expert with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and optimizing EC and Payroll processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end implementation of EC and Payroll modules, including requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Design and customize employee data models, workflows, and payroll processes within SuccessFactors.
- Collaborate with finance and payroll teams to ensure seamless integration between EC and payroll systems.
- Provide expertise in compliance requirements and ensure payroll processes adhere to legal and regulatory standards.
- Conduct training sessions for HR and payroll teams to ensure proper utilization of EC and Payroll modules.
- Continuously monitor and optimize EC and Payroll processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation.
- Hands-on experience with configuring Employee Central and Payroll modules.
- Strong understanding of payroll processes and compliance requirements.
