Job Purpose:
IDFC FIRST Bank is looking to hire a CSR Manager who will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing initiatives in line with the company's community development efforts. Incumbent will also work closely with various departments to drive and manage volunteering activities that will contribute towards building a culture of doing social good and being responsible towards our communities on ground.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary point of contact for Community Investment Councils for pan India locations. Manage all aspects of the program: assisting with new member recruitment efforts, new member and leadership training, executive champion recruitment, volunteerism, investment activation, and other professional development opportunities as they arise.
- Working with the Head-CSR, develop and manage new and existing external partnerships with NGOs aligned with IDFC FIRST Bank's CSR focus.
- Manage the execution of IDFC First Bank employee matching gifts and volunteerism programs, including Volunteer Week.
- Act as primary point of contact with external management vendor, and recommend best practices as IDFC FIRST Bank looks to grow employee participation in both programs.
- Review and respond to unsolicited in-kind and cash investment requests, including making recommendations and evaluating requests.
- Act as CSR team lead across various IDFC FIRST Bank sustainability initiatives.
- Assist in developing and executing the communications strategy for the CSR division, including spearheading development of both the CSR and CIC Annual Reports.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Any Graduation
Post-graduation: Any Post-graduation
Experience: 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in CSR.
