Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Interventional Radiologist to join our dynamic medical team. The Interventional Radiologist will play a crucial role in diagnosing and treating patients using minimally invasive procedures guided by imaging technologies. The successful candidate will collaborate with other medical professionals to provide comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Perform a variety of interventional radiology procedures including angiography embolization stent placement biopsies and drainage procedures.

Utilize fluoroscopy ultrasound CT and MRI to guide procedures and ensure accuracy.

Interpret imaging studies to diagnose and plan appropriate interventions.

Patient Care:

Evaluate and assess patients to determine the most suitable interventional radiology procedures.

Communicate effectively with patients explaining procedures risks and benefits in a clear and empathetic manner.

Monitor patient vital signs and response during and after procedures.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals including radiologists surgeons and referring physicians to ensure coordinated patient care.

Participate in multidisciplinary conferences to discuss complex cases and formulate treatment plans.

Quality Assurance:

Adhere to established protocols and guidelines for interventional radiology procedures.

Maintain accurate and complete medical records documenting procedures patient progress and outcomes.

Continuing Education:

Stay updated on advancements in interventional radiology through continuous learning and participation in relevant conferences and workshops.

Contribute to the education and training of medical students residents and fellows
