Location: Magarpatta, Pune

• Candidate should be a go-getter, have a passion for gardening and landscape, and team player and team leader, with expertise in landscape design and build process
• Responsible for managing the design production team and design process
• Manage commercial design and development independently
• Deliver Design Goals set up for a Project & Manage Design Quality & Budgets
• Coordinate and Scrutinize the Design development on site.
• Manage Design Projects Efficiently using Digital Tools and Project Management Skills
• Set up Best Management Practices in Landscape Architecture & Landscape Development.
• Design & Development of Landscape Sites from Concept to Completion
• Work with Owners and Design Projects that surpass owner expectations.
• Train & Coach Team Members to close the design and development projects
• Responsible for all design and build documentation with clients
• Conduct Site visits and Site analysis and site execution meetings with clients Proficient in designing various elements of the landscape (grading, hardscape, planting, lights, swimming pools, outdoor landscape furniture etc).
