Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the restaurant, managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining cleanliness and organizing events.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in hiring and managing staff
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, as well as safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain high-quality standards
Additional qualifications that would be beneficial:
- Knowledge of local and national licensing and compliance regulations related to the restaurant industry
- Proven experience in the hospitality industry
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or relevant field.
