Job description

Portfolio:
. Identifying various types of Asset Integrity services that can be introduced to customers.
. Gather feedback, insights and intelligence to identify need for changes, improvements and additions in Portfolio, Products and literature
. Participate and contribute in periodic review & update of portfolio and products to address market dynamics
. Develop Business Strategy & SWOT analysis.
Contribute in the expansion of customer base of Asset Management Business
BD & Sales Operations:
. Check various sources for leads, opportunities and enquiries
. Update prospect tracker at regular intervals. Monthly Progress Reporting.
. Contribute in development of tools for market evaluation
. Track domestic and international exhibitions and expos
. Arrange required approvals for representation of business in exhibitions and expos
. Present LTEH-AM portfolio to prospective customers
. Identify and collaborate with strategic technology partners
. Lookout for business differentiator such as latest / updated technology based solutions, Implementation of AI / ML, etc.
. Participation in internal & external ISO audits.
Customer Development & Retention:
. Understand customer organization, stakeholders, vendors and influencers & their expectations
. Networking with existing and prospective customers
. Identify value creating opportunities for customers
. Co-ordinate with other LTEH and L&T businesses for businesses opportunities
Scoping, Proposal Engineering, Estimation:
.Prepare and obtain Bid - No Bid decision
. Participate in and coordinate internal checks - project evaluation, TRA, compliance, legal, HSE, taxation, insurance, HR
. Preparation of opportunity Risk Notes for business approval.
. Contribute in resource estimation and costing
. Prepare bids along with commercial team. Certain level of commercial accumen is advisable
. Contribute in pricing strategy for every opportunity
. Participate and contribute in reviews with management as per AM Sales process
. Submit bid to customer as per customer defined timeline
. Negotiate with customer (technical, commercial and price)
. Coordinate with commercial for acceptance of Work Order.
. Hand over opportunity to delivery as per AM process
. Contribute in win loss analysis
