Job Overview: As a Brand Executive at Olivia Beauty, you will be a key player in shaping and promoting the brand's image, ensuring that it resonates with our target audience and reflects our commitment to beauty, quality, and innovation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to implement brand strategies, drive product awareness, and contribute to the overall success of Olivia in the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities: Brand Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to enhance Olivia's presence in the beauty market. Collaborate with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences. 2. Brand Identity and Positioning: Ensure a consistent and compelling brand identity across all channels, including packaging, advertising, and online platforms. Collaborate with design teams to create visual elements that communicate and reinforce the Olivia brand essence. Implement strategies to position Olivia as a leader in the beauty industry, emphasizing unique selling propositions. 3. Product Launches and Campaigns: Plan and execute product launches, coordinating with various teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful introduction to the market. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote Olivia's product lines and engage with the target audience effectively. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting strategies as needed for optimal results. 4. Consumer Engagement and Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with consumers through various channels, including social media, events, and customer feedback platforms. Implement initiatives to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction, driving repeat business. Collaborate with customer service teams to address customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and positive manner. 5. Collaboration with Partners and Influencers: Identify and establish partnerships with influencers, celebrities, and collaborators to enhance brand visibility. Negotiate and manage relationships with brand ambassadors to ensure alignment with Olivia's values and image. Collaborate with retail partners to optimize in-store displays and promotional activities.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Proven experience in brand management within the beauty or cosmetics industry. Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Creative mindset with a strategic approach to brand development.
