Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Quality Manager for Capacitors. The Quality Manager for Capacitors is responsible for implementing quality systems that ensure our products meet industry standards and customer specifications. The Quality Manager for Capacitors will also be responsible for conducting quality audits, leading product quality improvement initiatives, and managing customer complaints. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Quality Control, or a related field Experience in capacitor manufacturing and quality assurance for electrical products Good understanding of various quality control and improvement techniques Experience with ISO, BIS, and IEC compliance, and adherence to environmental and safety regulations Excellent knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), and statistical quality control (SQC) Experience with conducting quality audits and managing customer complaints Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills Fluency in English and Hindi, written and oral 4-8 years of experience in Quality Control or Quality Assurance for capacitors or electrical products Motif Electric Limited is an equal opportunity employer and values diversity at our company.
