Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern in our Kolkata office. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for assisting with HR management, policies development, employee benefits, personnel management, and other HR related tasks.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
• Understanding of HR policies and procedures
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with personnel management and employee benefits is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
• Experience with HR software and systems is a plus
