Job description

Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Lead Generation Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in generating leads for IT services in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the IT industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to identify and qualify potential clients in these regions.

Responsibilities:

Market Research : Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitor activities in the IT services sector in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Lead Identification : Use various sources such as online research, social media, industry events, and partnerships to identify and qualify potential leads in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Outbound Outreach:

Initiate outbound communication through email, phone calls, and social media to engage potential clients in the Middle East and Southeast Asia and introduce them to our IT services. Lead Qualification : Evaluate the needs and requirements of potential clients in the Middle East and Southeast Asia to determine if they are a good fit for our IT services. Qualify leads based on specific criteria. Collaboration : Work closely with the sales team in the Middle East and Southeast Asia to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads for further engagement and conversion. Database Management: Maintain accurate records of leads and interactions in the CRM system, focusing on leads from the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of lead generation activities in the Middle East and Southeast Asia, providing regular reports to the sales and marketing teams. Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry developments, our IT services, and competitor offerings in the Middle East and Southeast Asia to effectively communicate our value proposition

Required skills :

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required. - Must have 4-5 years of experience in lead generation for IT services in the Middle East and Southeast Asia. - Extensive knowledge of IT services and the technology industry in the Middle East and Southeast Asia is essential. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. - Must be proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently. - Proficient in CRM software and lead management tools. - Strong focus on achieving and exceeding lead generation goals. - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
