We are looking for a dynamic Product Lead (Assessment) to join our Product team at Gateway Qualifications.
What we need you to do
You will be required to manage the design and development of Gateway Qualifications assessment strategies and specifications to ensure assessments remain fit for purpose and meet the principles of assessment. You will also manage the production of high quality, compliant and error-free live assessment materials. You will be joining a very busy Product team to develop and implement assessment strategies and materials, working alongside the Product Leads and external contractors.
What we are looking for
Educated to at least Level 3 standard or equivalent.
At least 2 years’ experience in an awarding organisation or education setting
At least 3 years’ experience of dealing with a range of assessment methods including externally sat and marked assessments.
Experience of qualification, assessment and curriculum design and delivery and regulatory compliance
Experience of developing and implementing grading schemes
Experienced in people management/managing contractors.
Experience in managing budgets.

At Gateway Qualifications you’ll be mainly based at home and will therefore need a reliable, high speed internet connection and a quiet, suitably furnished, place to work. You must be able to commute to our Colchester office as required.
