Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and an experienced IT Administrator with a focus on Identity and Access Management (IAM) and AWS. As an IAM and AWS IT Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our IT infrastructure, providing technical support, and ensuring secure access to our systems.

Experience & Skills

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar IT support role.

Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, hardware, and software applications.

Familiarity with cloud-based services and platforms, specifically AWS (Amazon Web Services).

Minimum of 3 years of experience in IAM Functional Skills such as Access Management, Identity Governance, Directory Services, Identity Provisioning

Minimum of 2 years of experience in AWS Identity and Access Management.

Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, with a particular emphasis on IAM.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, AWS certification or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.

Roles & Responsibilities

Identity Management (IDM) and Identity Governance (IGA): Set up and manage Identity Management (IDM) and Identity Governance (IGA) solutions.

IAM Administration: Manage access and permissions of users across various systems and applications, ensuring a secure and compliant environment.

AWS Management: Oversee and maintain our AWS account, including user management, security configurations, and resource optimization.

Handling IT Equipment: Address issues related to all IT equipment, including Desktops, Laptops, Printers, and Workstations.

Software Support: Provide technical support for software installation, including Operating Systems, Antivirus, Office Software, and other authorized software.

IT Inventory Management: Manage IT inventory, including procurement of hardware and software components, and maintain accurate records of assets
