Position Overview: We are urgently seeking experienced and passionate Senior Lecturers for Mathematics to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for preparing and delivering high-quality instruction to Class 11 and 12 students aiming to excel in the IIT-JEE examination. This role requires a deep understanding of the IIT-JEE syllabus, outstanding pedagogical skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students. Key Responsibilities: Design and deliver engaging mathematics lessons tailored to the IIT-JEE syllabus for Class 11 and 12 students. Create and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance students' problem-solving skills and conceptual understanding. Conduct regular assessments to monitor student progress and provide personalized feedback and support. Develop and maintain teaching materials, including lecture notes, assignments, and practice tests, to ensure comprehensive coverage of the curriculum. Participate in curriculum development and improvement activities, incorporating the latest educational trends and methodologies. Provide mentorship and academic counseling to students, guiding them toward achieving their IIT-JEE aspirations. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a supportive and productive learning environment. Qualifications and Skills: A Master's degree or higher in Mathematics or a closely related field. A minimum of 5 years of teaching experience, with a proven track record of preparing students for competitive exams such as IIT-JEE . Strong subject matter expertise and a passion for teaching mathematics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students. Familiarity with digital teaching tools and online education platforms. A creative thinker with a knack for devising innovative teaching methods.
