The candidate will be working as a Consultant - SF EC Time Tracking at YASH Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
Responsibilities:
• The candidate should have rich experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central Core, Time Off, Timesheet, Benefits, and knowledge in integration with other 3rd Party tools
• Minimum 6 End to End implementation experience in SF Employee Central with Time Off & Timesheet and Benefits
• Should have basic knowledge of EC Payroll
• Minimum 6 Support project experience
• Should be able to lead the team for the EC implementation project
• The candidate has worked with the client directly/Independently

SAP BTP:
As a Consultant - BTP at YASH Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will work on the foundation for all SAP Applications and Extensions across Lines of Businesses and Industries, as well as with BTP for integration with SAP and Non-SAP applications, helping customers to transform data into value for achieving their desired business outcomes.
Responsibilities:
• Be actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization, and Go Live of customer BTP implementation projects
• Demonstrate the ability to plan, run, and manage blueprint workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
• Assisting in defining the scope of a project/opportunities, estimating efforts and project timelines
• Design and Implement BTP solutions based on BTP technology and capabilities
• Plan and conduct customer workshops, design and build enhancements/extensions, and create plans for Integration and Unit testing
• Implementation & coding of services, composites, and interfaces as well as coaching of customers or partners in the implementation
• Good customer-related soft skills and acts as a technical project leader and manages teams during implementation
Requirements: • Well-experienced with the generic web development stack and standard web development technologies
• Strong understanding of the BTP platform business values, technical architecture, and catalog of services
• Development experience with one or more BTP extension technologies: Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP), ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP), Low-Code/No-Code platform for Citizen Development, Workflow Management
• Knowledge of database features (HANA), and experience with SQL
• Familiarity with platform services generally used for technical tasks, like Audit Log, HANA Cloud, Notifications, Cloud Foundry, CI/CD, SAP Business Application Studio, Transport Management, Connectivity

SAP HCM – Senior Consultant: • YASH Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant - SAP HCM to join our team.
• As a Consultant - SAP HCM, you will be responsible for various tasks related to SAP HCM implementation, support, upgrade, and rollout projects.
• The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited college or university and a minimum of 5-8 years of experience in SAP HCM.
• Key responsibilities include:
• Hands-on experience in the Time Management process (Positive and negative)
• Good working experience on CATS (Cross Application Time Sheets)/CATA process
• Knowledge of Interfaces (Inbound & Outbound) processes in Time Management
• Knowledge of Attendance and Absence configurations
• Knowledge of Valuation Rules for Attendance and Absence

Compensation & Variable Pay: As a Consultant - SAP SF at YASH Technologies Pvt. Ltd., you will be responsible for working on SF Compensation and Variable Pay projects. This role requires a minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in SF Compensation & Variable Pay with at least 3-4 end-to-end implementations in Compensation and 1-2 end-to-end implementations in Variable Pay.
Key Requirements :
• Experience in SF Compensation and strong knowledge in SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Good integration knowledge with other modules like PMGM and EC.
• Ability to independently handle large implementation projects focused on Compensation processes such as Compensation Worksheets, Budget allocation, Compensation Planning, Compensation statements, etc.
• Familiarity with system implementation standards and methodologies.
• Ability to communicate and work well in a cross-functional team environment and offshore/onsite model.
• Experience in international environments with the co-existence of global accounting and local statutory needs.
• Proven ability to quickly learn existing Business Processes and combine knowledge from multiple disciplines (e.g. SAP capability, Standard industry best practices) in order to produce an optimal business solution.
• Experience in other SF modules like EC or PMGM is preferable.
