Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive. The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, HR management, HR operations, employee relations, and implementing HR policies. At times as we are a growing startup some calls and other operations have to be taken care of.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Management, HR Operations, and Employee Relations
• Knowledge of HR policies and regulations
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources (HR) or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and time-management skills
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulatory compliance is a plus
