Roles And Responsibilities

  • Responsibility of monthly end to end payroll processing.
  • Coordination with the internal team for input collections.
  • Coordination with the external (HRMS) team for the outputs.
  • Solving the employees' queries on the salary discrepancy.
  • Processing of Full and Final Settlement within the TAT.
  • Handling and supervising end to end statutory compliance of PAN India
  • Verification of monthly salary register (Verify of monthly statutory deductions and changes)
  • Periodically Conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of compliance standards.
  • Responsible for submission all statutory reports well within the time frame for all the
  • locations in India.
  • Periodically Conduct audits and reviews to ensure execution of payroll standards.
  • Completed month-end reporting and reconciliations.
  • Able to handle periodical audits and produce payroll and statutory data and resolve auditor
  • quires.

Skills

  • Any degree qualification with work experience only in the payroll systems.
  • 4-6 years of experience working in related fields.
  • Ability to work independently,
  • Willingness to learn and take ownership accordingly.
  • Pressure Bearing & Control Aggressiveness
  • An Analytical Mind can see the complexities of procedure and regulations.
  • Strong Attention to Detail & Problem-Solving Skills
  • MS office, specialist in MS excel & E-mail handling.
