Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Audit Manager (Statutory Audit) to join our team at rspatelca. As an Audit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the statutory audit process for our clients. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad.
Qualifications and Skills
- Certified CA (Chartered Accountant) qualification
- 4 to 6 years of experience in statutory audit, preferably in a CA firm
- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, procedures, and techniques
- Proficiency in analyzing financial statements and audit reports
- Ability to effectively communicate complex audit findings to clients and stakeholders
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Experience with compliance requirements and regulatory frameworks
- Proficiency in using audit software and tools
Roles and Responsibilities
- Plan and execute statutory audit engagements for clients in accordance with applicable auditing standards
- Review and analyze financial statements and audit reports to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Assess and identify risks, controls, and process improvements for audit clients
- Supervise and train audit staff, providing guidance and support throughout the audit process
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients and senior management
- Stay updated on changes in auditing regulations and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective coordination and completion of audit engagements
