Manager - Project Planning to join our team. MTX Group Inc. is a global implementation partner enabling organizations to become fit enterprises. You will be responsible for leading the detailed planning for small projects and large complex enterprise project pursuits inclusive of developing project implementation plan narratives, schedules, and estimates. Your plans will align MTX delivery methodologies with client required deliverables. Your will collaborate with MTX delivery team leads to determine key staff candidates and project resource effort requirements. You will also lead project planning and risk management deal review discussions prior to submission of MTX proposal responses.

Responsibilities: - Be proactive, take initiative and assume responsibility for all the deals as and when they come.
- Define project scopes, deliverables, roles and responsibilities, schedules, and estimates in response to new business pursuits in collaboration with deliver leads and MTX executives.
- Writing RFx - RFP, RFQ, RFI response narratives
- Outlining the scope of projects, including determining the start and delivery dates
- Creating and defining SDLC project goals and objectives
- Helping with Level of Efforts(LOE) docs and ensuring project stays within price to win estimates
- Estimating the SDLC project timeline and making sure schedule and milestones are as per the information in the RFx or the SDLC timeline
- Creating complex SDLC project schedules with payment deliverables using MS Project
- Ensuring the project has adequate staff for all the workstreams involved
- Identifying and evaluating risks and assumptions that can derail project delivery and providing risk mitigation strategies to prevent them
- Manage multiple SDLC projects RFx and working cross functionally
- Interacting with internal stakeholders & owning the entire pre sales project lifecycle from initiation through bid submission by establishing a project release plan, schedule, activities, milestones and deliverables
- Drives the software implementation approach and plan of high-quality cloud solutions by closely engaging with all project team members(Tech Lead, Dev Lead, QA Lead, Training Lead, Data Lead, etc.)
- Reviewing initiatives regularly and consistently updating project documentation to communicate it to the management
- Acts as a primary day-to-day point of contact for the client outcome teams and the operational aspects of the project deals
- Using theoretical, managerial, and technological abilities to meet predetermined goals and deliverables
- Developing positive working relationships with teammates and other stakeholders
- Facilitates or co-leads with the client counterpart on regular meetings with the project team, sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Manage project dependencies, represent project in a various cross-project forum
- Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Successfully partner with and influence stakeholder groups across the organization
- Additional responsibilities as required to support the overall success of the team and organization.
What you will bring: - 10+ Years of Technical Project Management experience
- 10+ Years of Software Development Life Cycle Implementation experience
- PMP, PgMP, Prince, PSM, CSM, CSPO, PSM, PSPO, SAFe and/or comparable agile certification
- Experience in bidding, pricing, product sourcing, vendor negotiations and project management for Enterprise Sales team
- RFx - RFP, RFQ, RFI response writing experience
- Experience in one or more of the following roles on a large Salesforce or other low code/ no-code project: Configuration Manager, Integration Lead, Project Manager, Training Lead, Test lead, Data Migration Lead
- Hands-on experience in delivering/leading an SDLC project delivery
- High attention to detail, self-motivated and extremely organized
- Expertise in using project management tools like MS Project, Google Apps, MS Office, etc
- Hands-on experience of various software delivery methodologies like Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc
- Expertise in using project management tools like MS Project (advanced level), MS Excel (calculation formulas, pivot table, lookup), Google Office Suite, etc
- Experience with JIRA (or similar) and agile project management methodologies
- Experience working with quality management approaches, techniques, and principles
- Full understanding of E2E software development lifecycle best practices
- Understanding of various project contract types like time and material, fixed-price, etc
- Flexibility to support and meet onshore stakeholders expectations depending on the deals due date and work required to submit the deals
- Interpersonal communication skills
