Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
- Adherance to daily production plan
- Modelwise planning & manpower handling
- Assembly line process issues trouble shooting
- Ensuring multi-skilling of blue collars
- Audit prepardness
- Daily production declaration
- Ensuring safe working environment considering high voltage system production line
Experience Industry Preferred Qualifications General Requirements - Knowledge of electric vehicle, battery system, BMS etc.
- Hands on experience on working on high voltage systems, 350V
- Reading & understanding of electrical schematics for wiring harness & system inter connection
- Knowledge in handeling testing equipment like air & coolent leak testing
- Electrical-physical fault detection & fault analysis in battery pack
- Knowledge of individual balancing of battery cells, modules & battery pack
- Generation & implementation of EOL (End Of Line) test programs for battery pack with various test parameters.
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing & solving hardware & software issues occured during production
- Reviews and establishes material, equipment, and manpower resource requirements.
- Shows good capability to convince the team to fulfil the targets.
- Ensure Control Plans and associated documents are implemented effectively and maintained.
- Assure the handover to the following shift Team Leader by updating the production diary (machine breakdowns, losses, quality issues …).
- Handling the manpower and supervising all stage to ensure 5S in Production area.
- Production and planning to optimize the daily production.
- Immediate feedback& follow-up to store department for proper availability of material during production.
- Immediate feedback& fallow-up to CFT to resolve the issues related to production
- To give complete production as per production plan and customer requirement.
- IATF system knowledge.
- To analyze the defects to continuously improve the performance of production in production area.
- Scrap punching and consumable posting in SAP.
- Complete the inventory and verify the same to the Auditor.
- OEE monitoring.
- To monitor power pack rejection rate and take appropriate action to control the rejection.
- To give training to machine operators to improve the productivity.
- To identify specific modifications that may require to enhance the effectiveness of various process.
