Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Receptionist to join our team at Indiana International Cooperation Flooring Pvt. Ltd. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company, welcoming visitors and providing them with exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are specifically looking for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well under pressure
  • Familiarity with inbound marketing concepts (preferred)
  • Prior experience in administration or customer service roles (preferred)

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
  • Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
  • Handle and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and record keeping
  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide general administrative support as needed
  • Ensure a positive and memorable experience for all visitors
