Job description

Recruitment of Thired Party staff and NAPS for production oriented unit
Recruitment of Diploma Engineer Apprentices from college campus
Monitoring recruitment progress on ATS (Application tracking system)
Sourcing of candidates from Consutant and Contact Labour Manpower Services & various other sources
Post joining formalities like issuance of ID Access card, BGV, PVC
Coordinator for TPC, 3rd Party Staffing Recruitment
Well versed with Induction, Training, Attendance & Payroll processing.
Active involvement in Employee Engagement activity, Statutory compliance, ISO & Internal Audit, Sports events etc
Good Knowledge about Statutory compliance, Union Handliing,Thierd Party Billing
Knowledge About IR related activity, Grievance Handling, Employee Relations.
Knowledge Excel,Powerpoint,MIS Report
Contractual Manpower Handling
