Job Title : Business Analyst - Lending PlatformJob Summary : We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team and play a crucial role in the development and optimization of our Lending Platform. As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather and analyze data, and identify opportunities for improving our lending processes, enhancing user experiences, and ensuring compliance with regulations.Responsibilities :Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to the lending platform, including functionality, data, and reporting needs.Data Analysis: Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, assess risks, and provide insights that inform strategic decisions for lending operations.Process Improvement: Evaluate current lending processes and workflows, and identify opportunities for streamlining, automation, and efficiency improvements.Regulatory Compliance: Stay informed about lending industry regulations and ensure that the platform complies with all relevant laws and standards.Reporting and Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including functional specifications, use cases, and business process diagrams.User Experience (UX) Analysis: Collaborate with UX designers to enhance the user experience, ensuring that the platform is user-friendly and intuitive.Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to verify that new features and changes meet requirements and are free of defects.Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate project status, findings, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Data Visualization: Develop and present data visualizations and reports that enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.Project Management: Assist in project management activities, such as project planning, task tracking, and resource coordination.Qualifications :Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the financial or lending industry.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Knowledge of lending processes, financial products, and industry regulations.Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization tools.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities.Familiarity with project management methodologies is a plus.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a bonus.If you are a proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented individual with a passion for improving lending operations and making a significant impact, we encourage you to apply for this Business Analyst position.
