What's this role about? Zensar is looking for someone who is passionate about emerging technologies and creating Active Directory solutions to architect and build advanced solutions within delivery and varied customer environments. You will work with SMEs, our clients and delivery teams, ensuring that Zensar delivers innovative solutions and outstanding implementation for clients. The successful candidate will utilize their experience leading M365 engagements in a role that combines consultancy, pre-sales and transformation leadership contributing to the development of new service offerings and driving increased revenue within the delivery area. Here's how you'll contribute: AD Migration. AD Consolidation. Cross domain migration, on cloud migration, azure ad implemetation Detailed Roles and responsibilities: Perform end to end AD enterprise management with cloud expertise like Azure AD, EMS, File and Print Services, MFA etc. High efficiencies in the AD and related services like LDAP/NTLM enforcement, Fine grained password policies implementation, Reset DSRM Password rotated and so on… Technical analysis and design; and support of operations staff in executing; testing and rolling-out the solutions Active Directory Administrator ADFS An Active Directory Administrator provides support implementation and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows based systems across the enterprise including directory and file server solutions Resolves and appropriately completes assigned cases and change requests and acts as an escalation for support issues Applies new solutions through research and collaboration with team and determines course of action for new application initiatives Implements new software solutions as required by the business The core infrastructure technology duties include enterprise Microsoft Active Directory and Windows file services architecture creation and management global system security and policy configuration and top level support for enterprise wide initiatives This role requires an in depth knowledge of Active Directory File service Federation Windows Server 2003, 2003 R2, 2008, 2008 R2,2012 2012 R2 2016 2019 Windows security ADFS Proxy Distributed File System Certificate Service Windows cluster and related technology Proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients Skills required to contribute: Total 14+ years of experience ITIL Foundation Certification Good knowledge of Active Directory like basic architectures, domain controller management, object stores and Global Catalogs Very good knowledge on managing ADFS Good knowledge on PKI , Dell Security Tools Change Auditor, TPAM, Recovery Manager, Defender, Authentication Services, Windows Server operating system including client, server application interaction, storage configurations and basic backup and restore techniques Demonstrates experience and understanding in technology, reporting applications and system-based processes Must be motivated, independent and self-sufficient. Able to perform assigned tasks and see it through to completion with minimal supervision. Must be well organized, a good communicator, able to effectively prioritize tasks, and manage projects from concept to production. Must be able to write thorough and concise functional and design specifications as well as easily readable end user documentation. Must be able to brainstorm with others, thrive in a collaborative team environment, multi task, and quickly adapt to change.
