Position: Business Development Manager - New Client Acquisition
Location: Hyderabad and Noida

What we're seeking: We are in search of seasoned sales executives who have established a strong presence in staff augmentation. Your role will involve spearheading revenue growth through the identification, pursuit, and closure of opportunities with new clients in the US market. You will be tasked with cultivating staffing opportunities across the nation, providing a comprehensive array of staffing solutions in information technology (IT), engineering, and healthcare domains.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in staffing sales, backed by a track record of proven results and a substantial book of business.
Responsibilities:
• Utilise your network and perform various prospecting activities to identify and fill both direct-hire and staff augmentation opportunities in information technology.
• Researching, marketing, and effectively presenting Siri Group's services to new and existing clients.
• Developing new business through meetings with key hiring managers and senior-level executives.
• Negotiate contract rates with clients, with a focus on company profitability goals and objectives.
• Work with client prospects to identify key components of a potential engagement, such as position descriptions, compensation and benefits information, internal hiring processes, key decision makers, new vendor onboarding requirements, etc.
• Leverage existing networks and leads to drive sales opportunities.
• Execute the business development plan while working with key internal stakeholders.
• Penetrate new business and successfully maintain and expand the client base.
• Maintain a pipeline of existing and prospective business.
• Secure qualified job requirements from existing and new prospective clients.
• Grow the revenue base and establish a plan for future business growth.
• Contribute to a positive client experience and develop key executive relationships.
• Meet and exceed the company's staffing targets.
• Strong communication skills to interact at all levels within client organizations.
Minimum Requirements:
• You are a hunter who values relationships.
• Strong aptitude, passion, and experience in technology services.
• Minimum 5 years of selling IT contract staffing services at the account level.
• You must have a network of clients in the United States and a plan for leveraging this network for your business development activities as a business development account executive.
• Existing book business
• Ability to acquire new accounts through creative business strategies and effective sales techniques.
• Proven new business development track record across all sizes of accounts.
• Strong hunter profile with a proven track record of success in selling to senior-level executives
• Self-motivated professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
• In-depth understanding of the IT market and ability to work both within the vendor management framework and direct client relationships.
• Basic conversational knowledge of IT applications, systems, infrastructure ERP, database management, operating systems, web services architecture and development, data warehousing, big data, cloud computing, business intelligence and analytics, application development, internet, mobile, application development (SDLC), testing, and application maintenance.
