Job description
POSITION :
SR. DESIGN ENGINEER MECHANICAL
Responsible for the research and design of a companys new products and systems. They perform various tasks in an engineering department including drafting blueprints, creating test prototypes, and overseeing the manufacturing process.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor Degree in Engineering. (Mechanical) Minimum Experience: 8 10 Years
Research and draft blueprints, engineering plans, and graphics.
Develop test prototypes. • Identify solutions to improve production efficiency.
Use design software to develop models and drawings of new products.
Maintain existing engineering records and designs.
Assess all engineering prototypes to determine issues or risks.
Estimate cost limits and budgets for new designs.
Supervise the manufacturing process of all designs.
Coordinate with other engineers, management, and the creative department.
Analyzing problems and coming up with designs to solve them.
Networking and collaborating with other engineers and professionals.
Working within the budget to deliver safe and efficient products on time.
Allocating resources and time effectively.
Developing design prototypes.
Liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
Attending meetings and providing input and updates.
Analyzing data to write up reports.
Communicating with staff, directors, and clients.
DRAFTSMAN To prepare drawings & wiring schedule as per the requirements.
Minimum Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Mechatronics etc. Diploma or Certifications in Design will be preferred Minimum Experience : 3 4 Years
Preparation of base & details design drawings for customer approval based on design input using software.
Correct, update the mark up drawing whenever required.
To work as per schedule defined by immediate superior.
Effective use of tools like Elecdes, AutoCAD, Micro station, Microsoft application, etc.
Control and issue the design output documents to all concerned based on our quality procedure • Preparation of ferrules for schematic drawings by use the tools
Preparation the labels based on schematic drawing
Preparation the production file as required by design engineer.
Preparation of as-manufactured or as-built drawings.
Prepare Cubicle front and internal view and reference notes using software.
Assistance in the submission preparations (printing, photocopying).
Apply all Safety procedures
