Summary :

- Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for leading a high-performing agency network to drive sales, expand market reach, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Roles :

- Manage and inspire a group of sales representatives to meet and beyond sales goals.

- Create and put into action plans to increase market coverage and the agency network.

- Keep track of and improve agent performance through instruction and criticism.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred).

- 2 Years Of experience in sales management within the BFSI sector.
