Ravi Brass (India) Private Limited is a family-managed business that began in 1993 as a manufacturer of brass electrical pins. Since then, our expansion into manufacturing sheet metal pins and plug inserts tailored to meet customer requirements has established us as a trusted name in the industry. We have an in-house facility for manufacturing brass through casting, giving us precise control over the entire manufacturing process to ensure the highest standards of excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Development Manager located in Jamnagar. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, networking, and negotiating contracts. The Business Development Manager will also need to coordinate with various teams within the company to deliver projects within the agreed timeline and budgetary constraints.

Qualifications
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
  • Demonstrable ability to build and maintain customer relationships and manage sales cycles
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities
  • Experience in interpreting market trends and developing strategies in the context of the industry
  • Ability to coordinate with different teams within the company to ensure project delivery within constraints of time, cost, and quality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the manufacturing industry, preferably with exposure to international markets and customers
