KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, identifying and attracting top talent to contribute to our innovative startup.
- Develop, and implement HR strategies aligned with our business objectives, ensuring a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance on company HR policies, and fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Design and execute effective onboarding programs, facilitating the seamless integration of new team members.
- Oversee performance management systems, mentorship initiatives, and professional development opportunities for our growing team.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to understand organizational needs and strategically plan for workforce expansion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, employment legislation, and best practices to ensure compliance and enhance HR policies.
EDUCATION & SKILLS REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of progressive experience in HR roles, focusing on recruitment and team relationships.
- Proven experience in a proactive HR role, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels.
- Strong recruitment expertise, including innovative sourcing techniques and a track record of successful hires.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
- Has demonstrated leadership in managing high-performing teams and fostering professional development.
- In-depth knowledge of HR policies, employment legislation, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is a must.Â
- Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
