Description

• Provide support on In-House Healthcare software to our international clients.
• Solve potential customers Queries by answering software and service related questions
• Maintain customer records by updating account information in CRM.
• Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the
cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting
correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
• Recommend potential products or services to Development team by collecting customer
information and analyzing customer needs.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Willing to work in US Shift,
• Ready to work from Office/Relocate as per Managements Decision,
• Excellent Communication skills,
• Tech/Application/Software voice Support experience-International clients,
• Must be analytical, enthusiastic, energetic and spontaneous with ability to provide
solutions to Technical queries,
• Strong interpersonal skills,
• EMR support, training or implementation, IT Healthcare experience is an added
advantage

Work Location:-Vadodara, Gujarat (Work from Office only)

Shift Timings:-US Shift/Night shift
