Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Head of Marketing. Join us to shape, execute, and refine an innovative marketing revenue strategy at NetCom Learning. Depending on your experience, the title for this role may be adjusted.
Responsibilities:
- Architect marketing strategies and execute targeted Demand Generation programs.
- Collaborate with creative and sales teams to generate qualified leads and drive revenue.
- Drive Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives to attract and nurture key prospects.
- Understand customer-centric architecture to facilitate authentic conversations and timely promotions.
- Equip sales team with messaging and product knowledge for successful conversions.
- Contribute to creative processes and influence inside sales team strategies.
Key Tasks:
- Optimize Demand Generation processes for peak performance.
- Manage omni-channel programs including search, social, webinars, etc.
- Develop product messaging to differentiate NetCom Learning in B2B and B2G markets.
- Implement digital marketing strategies across Search, Social, and Content.
- Own end-to-end execution, measurement, and optimization of campaigns.
- Maintain market intelligence and competitor analysis.
- Utilize data-driven insights to drive campaign effectiveness and innovation.
- Manage diverse systems of data and lead a talented team effectively.
Requirements:
- Ability to map buyers' journey into revenue-driving plans.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and Martech tools.
- Experience with lead scoring, CRM systems, and data management.
- Strong analytical and management skills.
- Experience in training industry is advantageous.
