Role Description
- Creative Direction: Collaborate with the creative team to establish the animation style and ensure consistency throughout the project.
- Animation Expertise: Proficient in various animation techniques, including 2D, 3D, or a combination of both.
- Design and templatize static posts
- Quality Assurance: Review and approve design and animation work to maintain high-quality standards.
- Video Editing: We also have collaboration with brands and influencers as part of our content strategy. The candidate is expected to be able to edit the videos.
- Content creation ad optimization
- Cross-function collaboration- Ability to work with different teams to design, develop, and implement new motion concepts and styles, while ensuring that all work aligns with brand guidelines and company strategy.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the motion design space
- Proven experience as a Motion Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expert-level skills in animation and motion graphics
- Expert knowledge of industry-standard software tools including Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Illustrator, etc
- Strong understanding of design principles, with experience in 2D and 3D animations, typography, and visual effects
- Experience managing and leading a team of Motion Designers and collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
