Designation : Technical Support Specialist
Location : Vadodara
Experience : 4 - 8 years
Education : BE / BTech Mechanical , Electrical
Responsible for working closely with 80s customers and providing timely service support to customers. This person will be responsible to conduct product and handon training for customers and channel partners across Asia. This person will be resposible for improving customer experience (NPS) and train them on pump installation & commissioing, service and trouble shooting. Target is to enhance 80s customer experience and generate additional revenue of 0.5M$ from after market business by 2026.
To provide timely service support to 80s customers and work closely with them to grow EODD business
Conduct in-house technical handon seminars for 80's customers & for Channel Partners
Train customers and channel partners across EM region
Focus on improving customer experience (NPS>8 )
Meet or exceed assigned order and sales target as established through the AOP process.
Bringing Competition intelligence and Market Intelligence updates in front of the team regularly
Deeper understanding of application, product, market and competitor
Provide monthly & quarterly forecasts by product or market segment.
Work closely with commercial and operations team
Continously demonstrate IDEX values & culture and effectively usage of operating model like DM & GDP
Focus on achieving regional critical mass in the specified timeline
Sound knowledge of pumping principal and Flow, Pressure, NPSH, BKW, Electrical Points etc. Able to read performance curve of the pump and basic understading of sizing of pumps and valves
Strong knowledge of installation & operation of Mechanical (pump, dampener, compressor) & electrical components (VFD, control panel and motor) & Instruments
Sound knowledge of process plants (applications)
Good knowledge of trouble shooting and solving customer problems
Good knowledge of pumping technologies, preference is PD Pump
