Role & responsibilities:
Review and assessment of incoming customer complaints in line with detailed procedures and handling guides.
The highest level of attention to detail is necessary with the vision and ability to look beyond black and white and identify grey areas of isolated and individual cases; assessing detailed and complex cases and make judgments on the appropriate action to take.
Adherence to and achievement of individual and departmental Service Levels Objectives and Quality Standards
Take ownership for keeping up to date with internal procedural changes and policy updates ability to deal well with change.
Participate constructively in case reviews meetings and training sessions.
Communicate key trends and processing difficulties to your Team Leader or relevant manager
Ensure adherence to Regulatory and Operational objectives
3 Years experience in International Consumer Lending or Insurance BackOffice operations (UK Preferred)
prefer candidates with work experience in a UK regulated process and / or with Complaints processing background
