Job description Collecting Deal closure details from Sales Team & Sales Ops Team Extracting reports from Salesforce & other systems Running global commission calculations & its reporting to leaders. Owning budgeting and forecasting of commissions Estimating monthly accruals for accounting month ends Assisting finance leadership and Sales Operations team in drafting Incentive Plans. Managing ad-hoc requests related to commissions Owning budgeting and forecasting of Expenses & Revenue for various functions of the company. Skillset Proficient in MS Excel / MS Word / MS PowerPoint Knowledge of Accounting Standards Ability to deliver the output under set deadlines Experience in financial operations and reporting. Good communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail Team Player Good relationship skills Strong client orientation Eligibility M.Com / MBA (Finance) /CA Inter & 3-4 years of relevant experience

We need someone with pure FP&A background, preferably with exposure of handling commissions / sales Incentives.
