We are currently seeking a skilled ServiceNow Support Engineer with 2.5 years of experience, specializing in Group Audit, to join our dynamic support team.

Responsibilities:

  1. ServiceNow Support:

    • Provide expert-level support for ServiceNow platform, with a specific focus on Group Audit functionalities.
    • Respond to and resolve support requests related to Group Audit in a timely and efficient manner.
  2. Issue Resolution:

    • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to Group Audit within the ServiceNow environment.
    • Collaborate with end-users and internal teams to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
  3. Configuration and Customization:

    • Assist in the configuration and customization of ServiceNow to align with Group Audit requirements.
    • Implement changes and enhancements to improve the functionality of the Group Audit module.
  4. Documentation:

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of Group Audit processes, configurations, and issue resolutions.
    • Create knowledge base articles to empower end-users with self-service support options.
  5. Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business stakeholders, to address Group Audit-related challenges.
    • Collaborate with ServiceNow developers to implement improvements and updates.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience:

    • Minimum of 2.5 years of experience as a Support Engineer with a focus on ServiceNow, specifically in Group Audit.
    • Proven track record of successfully resolving ServiceNow support issues.
  2. Technical Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow platform functionalities, especially in the context of Group Audit.
    • Familiarity with scripting languages (JavaScript, etc.) used in ServiceNow configurations.
  3. Problem-Solving:

    • Ability to analyze and solve complex technical problems efficiently.
    • Excellent troubleshooting skills with a focus on providing effective solutions.
  4. Communication Skills:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  5. Customer Focus:

    • Customer-centric mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality support services.
    • Ability to understand and address end-users' needs related to Group Audit processes.
